Cassandra L. Stall

Summary:
Cassandra served for 15 years in the Army. She was commissioned as a 2LT at the University of Miami and began her career as a Signal Officer.
Her first duty station was with the 72nd Signal Battalion in Germany and she deployed to Iraq. She then was assigned to the University of Guam ROTC program as a Recruiter/Instructor.
Following her overseas tour, Cassandra went to her Captain's Career Course, where she met her husband MAJ James Stall. They both moved to the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, where she deployed a second time to Iraq. Following this tour, she went to Hohenfels, Germany as an OCT with the Joint Multinational Readiness Center. She then attended CGSC at Ft. Leavenworth.
She was assigned to Fort Carson's 4th Infantry Division.
She was diagnosed with service connected Metastatic Breast Cancer and passed away on July 16, 2019.
She leaves behind her husband and son, Mason.
Life Achievements/ Recognitions:
Cassandra served two tours of combat in Iraq and was stationed throughout the world in her 15 years of service.
She graduated from the University of Miami with a BS in Marketing She earned a MBA from Webster University.
She has a Bronze Star Medal, Five Meritorious Service Medals, German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge - Gold, and the Dutch International Four Days Marches Nijmegen.
