Eligibility: Must be a cancer patient/cancer survivor. Must be a US resident enrolled in an accredited university or community college. (For the purpose of the application, if you are an incoming freshman, you do not have to be already enrolled in college to apply. Please include the names of the schools you have applied to on the application. You must be enrolled at the time of award.) Perpetual scholarship recipients must be willing to attend events associated with scholarship awarded and available for selected interviews and/or media coverage.
