Seth A. Westland

February 1, 1984 - May 23, 2018

Summary:

Seth enlisted in the United States Army in May of 2003 and was serving his country at the time of his death.

For fifteen years, he served as a Military Police Officer with additional identifiers as a member of a Drug Suppression Team, Military Police Investigator, Personal Security Detail, and Squad Leader.

His duty stations included: Fort Bliss, Texas; Schweinfurt, Germany (overseas); Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; Fort Gordon, Georgia; Fort Carson, Colorado; and Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Seth served in deployments to Afghanistan, Quatar, Africa, and Kuwait.

Seth will forever be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, and an inspiring hero to all those who knew him.

Life Achievements/ Recognitions:

He was a proficient swimmer that faired him well in the military.

November 18, 2009, Seth married Kim M. Anthony in Augusta, Georgia.

Attended the Korean Presbyterian Church of Huntsville, AL.

Seth loved spending time with his children. He would arrange special father-daughter dates to ensure his little girls knew how they should be treated by a future gentleman caller.

Hobbies:

He enjoyed working on vehicles, models, physical fitness, camping, fishing with his children, and helping people find their smile.
