While Dylon was in high school, he was actively involved in the Outdoorsmen Club, Youth Government, and was a member of the basketball, football, and track teams.
Dylon loved hanging out with his friends and spent time exploring the southeast area of the country with his army buddies.
He attended Southern Illinois Worship Center in Herrin.
Dylon enlisted in the US Army in December of 2016 and was an armor vehicle crewman assigned to the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, GA.

Member of the Sesser-Valier 2014 IHSA Class 1A Fourth Place basketball team.

Dylon played his high school football home games on the field named after his Poppy (grandfather).
