Summary:

His first duty station was spent in Japan for 4 years. That is where he met his wife Yoko. His next station took them to San Diego, CA. During this time he made multiple deployments to Afghanistan, Korea, Philippians, WTI in Yuma, AZ, Mojave Viper training at Twentynine Palms, CA all as part of the USMC career.

Life Achievements/ Recognitions:

Brad married Yoko in 2007 in Mcqueeney, TX.

Prior to his diagnosis of brain cancer, he enjoyed hunting, hiking, biking, running, and longboarding. After the diagnosis he became wheelchair restricted, but he did not let that stop him. Brad then became active in handbike marathons, wheelchair basketball. He went on to participate in the Paralympic Games and the Invictus Games held in England. Brad medaled silver in wheelchair rugby and wheelchair basketball.
